Bates Insurance Group and Advisors Welcomes DuBose Alderman as Account Executive
Greenville, South Carolina — Bates Insurance Group and Advisors is pleased to announce that DuBose Alderman has joined the agency as an Account Executive, bringing a strong background in commercial insurance, sales, client service, and account management to the growing Greenville-based agency.
A graduate of the University of South Carolina, Alderman earned a Bachelor of Science in Business
Administration and began her insurance career with Adams Eaddy and Associates, where she quickly
distinguished herself through new business production and exceptional client service. She earned the
firm’s Small Business Top Sales Award in both 2025 and 2026, while managing an existing book of
business, handling renewals and endorsements, developing customized insurance proposals, and working directly with carriers on coverage and underwriting issues.
Alderman holds her Property & Casualty Producer License and is currently pursuing her CISR
certification. Her experience with insurance management systems and her combination of sales and
account-management skills make her a valuable addition to the Bates Insurance Group & Advisors team.
